Get out and get social! This is one of the very best advice topics for One Star Health! Get and stay connected with others, people who enjoy what you enjoy, happy, upbeat friends and acquaintances, people of like mind and interests, positive people sometimes have bad days...no worries, thats what friends are for! Get together and get silly, have a party, get together, gathering for coffee, anything...but definitely get connected to others...:) It will help keep you healthy, happy, and some say live longer...I believe that one too :)
